Flavour Compound

The flavour compound is all in one concept - gives taste and colour to the ice-cream mix.

Taste: Caramel, Strawberry.

Dosage: 5%.

Packaging: 20 and 60 kg fibre drum.

Shelf life: 12 months at max. 15 degrees Celsius.

Concentrate for ice lollies

Bigaro offers a range of high quality concentrates for ice-lollies. All Bigaro concentrates are stabilised and ready to be used after adding water, sugar and citric acid to the concentrates.

Flavours: The range covers all mainstream flavours, and special flavours can be produced on request.

Dosage: 1.5%-5% depending on type of ice lolly.

Packaging: 10-12/72 kg plastic barrel, 220 kg steel drum.

Shelf life: 12 months at max. 15 degrees Celsius.

Fruits in syrup

The fruits in syrup are raisins, whole and cut.
Can be added directly to the ice cream.

Range: Rum Raisins, whole and cut.

Dosage: 5-10%.

Packaging: 12.5/25 kg plastic barrel.

Shelf life: 6 months at max. 15 degrees Celsius.
